Welcome to BrimBabe. Because our vintage-inspired trucker hats are released in highly exclusive, limited drops with small inventory batches, we operate under specific order and shipping terms. Please read our guidelines below so you know exactly what to expect before placing your order.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All sales are final. Because our trucker hats are produced in limited drops with low inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order details and preferences before completing checkout.

Can I cancel or edit my order after it has been placed?

You have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel your order. Once that 24-hour timeframe has passed, orders enter our production and fulfillment workflow and cannot be canceled or modified.

How long does order processing take?

Due to the custom nature of our limited drops, order processing can take up to 2 to 3 weeks before shipment. We appreciate your patience while we carefully prep and pack your statement piece.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

BrimBabe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier marks the parcel as delivered. If you experience delivery issues, please reach out directly to the carrier with your tracking information.
